Who Wins

Pre-6, Samira + Zilean win the 2v2 — Samira has superior range and damage in short trades, and Zilean's double bomb stun threatens you every time you try to engage or even auto.
Post-6, you gain kill threat with your R, but Zilean's R negates your burst window almost entirely, making solo kills nearly impossible without burning his ultimate first.

Your best pattern is to go invisible with your Q, wait for Lulu to land a W polymorph on Samira, then walk up and stack your passive before committing to a full trade — never engage without your Q already active or Lulu's CC already landed.
Trading without setup against Samira's passive damage and Zilean's poke will consistently lose you health.

You want a slow push into a freeze near your tower — this denies Samira's aggressive positioning and forces her to overextend to farm, giving you Q escape windows and reducing her ability to build passive stacks on you.
Avoid shoving the wave, as a pushed wave gives Zilean free bomb angles and removes your escape routes.

Never walk up to CS in a straight line when Zilean has his Q available — his double bomb stun is a setup for Samira to dash in and delete you.
Respect the bomb range and sidestep unpredictably, or you will be chain-CC'd into a kill.
