Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you lose most extended trades against Jinx because her W slow and longer auto range in rocket form let her kite you while Taric heals sustain back; however, your level 2 all-in with E+W jump is a real threat if Nautilus lands his Q hook first.
  • Post-6, your R gives you a reliable disengage or kill-confirm tool, but Taric's R negates your burst window entirely if he has it available, so you still do not freely win the 2v2.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best pattern is to let Nautilus hook Jinx or Taric, immediately jump onto the hooked target with E to stack the bomb, then auto-attack to detonate it before Taric can heal or ult; never initiate with your jump without the hook landing first.
  • Avoid extended poke wars because Taric's Q sustain will out-heal your chip damage over time.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Push the wave hard with W passive attack speed to reach cannon waves quickly and deny Jinx the free farm she needs to scale; Jinx wants a passive laning phase to stack items, so denying her CS and forcing her to use rockets to last-hit under pressure is correct.
  • Do not freeze or slow-push into Taric because he will zone you off the wave with his E stun chain.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not jump onto Jinx when Taric's E is not on cooldown, as a well-timed stun into Taric R will turn your all-in into a death.
  • Also avoid using your R as pure damage in a trade when Taric ult is up — save it as an escape tool or use it only after Taric's R has been burned.
