Who Wins

Pre-6, Braum wins the support 1v1 and the lane duo wins most level 2–3 all-ins because Braum's E into passive stacks synergizes immediately with Jhin's W root, while your hook requires a clean landing to generate pressure.
Post-6, your R box combined with a hook creates a hard lockdown window that Jhin and Braum cannot easily escape, shifting kill threat in your favor.

Your best pattern is to bait Braum's E with a faked aggressive step, then immediately throw Q when his E is on cooldown — without E, Braum cannot block your hook and cannot protect Jhin from your lantern-dive combo with Kai'Sa.

Roaming is viable but risky: you should only roam after a successful kill or a deep push that forces Jhin under tower, because leaving Kai'Sa alone against Jhin + Braum without your peel is a near-guaranteed death for her.
The best roam timing is post-first-back if you have Jhin low and the wave is crashing.

Do not throw hooks into Braum's E — Braum will intentionally position in front of Jhin to intercept your Q, wasting your primary engage tool and leaving you with no follow-up for 20 seconds.
