LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 clearly: Ezreal outranges your E, Karma shields and speeds him away before your root lands, and you have no reliable way to stick to either target.
- Post-6, your R changes the equation significantly — you can force sustained fights where your drain healing and AoE damage outlast their burst, especially if Seraphine has already landed her E root.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to wait for Seraphine's E to root one or both enemies, then immediately land your E to extend the CC chain, activate your W to pull them back if they try to walk away, and toggle R once they are in melee range to drain them.
- Do not attempt to engage without Seraphine's root already confirmed, as Karma's E on Ezreal will let him simply walk or blink out of your W pull range.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam post-6 when the wave is shoved into the enemy tower, as your R provides immediate teamfight value in skirmishes mid.
- The optimal timing is after a successful all-in that burns Ezreal's Flash or forces both enemies to back, giving you a tempo window to walk mid without losing lane priority.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your R as a panic button to sustain through poke — activating R early in a trade telegraphs your commitment and lets Karma immediately use her W to pull Ezreal away before your drain does meaningful work.
- Save R for when enemies are already CC'd and cannot escape, maximizing its damage and healing output.
