LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the all-in if Thresh lands his Q because your healing cannot outpace Draven's burst damage in a two-second window — you win the sustained poke war but not the hard engage.
- Post-6, your R is the single most important ability in this matchup; using it reactively when Caitlyn is below 40% health during a Thresh R engage can directly negate their kill attempt.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to heal Caitlyn proactively before she drops low rather than reactively, because Draven's burst means she can go from 60% to dead faster than your W cast time allows.
- Use your Q on Draven when he is catching axes to apply your silence and interrupt his movement pattern — this is more valuable than poking Thresh who has higher base resistances.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should generally not roam in this matchup because Draven without Soraka healing is extremely vulnerable to Thresh's all-in, and leaving lane hands them a free kill.
- The only exception is if Caitlyn has pushed the wave to their tower and both enemies are visible — a quick mid roam at level 6 with your R available as a safety net is acceptable but not optimal.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your W to heal through Caitlyn's poke — save it for Thresh Q follow-up situations where Draven is about to burst her.
- Burning your W on small poke damage means you have no heal available when Thresh actually commits, which is exactly the trade pattern they want to force.
