Pre-6, you and Pyke win this lane: Pyke's hook threat keeps Kai'Sa at range, letting you safely stack Q on minions while Alistar cannot engage without eating a hook.
Post-6, Kai'Sa's R gives her a gap-close that can bypass Pyke's positioning, and Alistar's W+Q remains a one-shot setup, so you must respect their all-in potential even with your lead.

Your best trading pattern is to let Pyke hook Alistar or Kai'Sa first, then follow up with your Q and E to maximize damage during the CC window — you should never initiate trades yourself given your short range and lack of hard CC.
Use your W to reposition away from Alistar's W+Q if he dashes toward you, as surviving his engage is your primary concern.
