Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 if Nautilus lands Q, as you have no hard CC to interrupt the chain and your damage output at early levels does not burst fast enough to kill Jhin before dying.
Post-6, you still lose the direct 2v2 because Nautilus R into Jhin R is a kill combo that your W cannot reliably dodge when you are already CC'd.

Stay at maximum range and use Q to stack passively on minions rather than trading, as your trading pattern requires stacks to deal meaningful damage and you have none early.
When forced to trade, use E to reposition away from Nautilus Q angles and let Pyke create the engage rather than reacting to theirs.

Push the wave quickly to deny Nautilus easy Q angles in open space, as a pushed wave forces him to hook through minions or walk up, both of which you can react to.
Do not let the wave freeze near your tower, as Jhin will poke you freely while you are forced to walk up for CS.

Do not stand in a straight line with Pyke, as Nautilus will always Q the squishier or lower-health target and Jhin's W will chain the root onto you.
Spread positioning and keep brush control so Nautilus cannot get a clean angle on either of you simultaneously.
