Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 clearly because Miss Fortune's passive burst and Zilean's double bomb stun can kill you before you stack enough Q charges to matter, and your E dash is not a reliable escape from a coordinated level 2 all-in.
  • Post-6, the lane becomes more even because Milio's R removes Miss Fortune's R channel and Zilean's R, but you still cannot win a straight fight and must play for poke and wave control.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best trading pattern is to use E to reposition behind minions after poking with Q, letting Milio's W range boost extend your safe poke window while you avoid walking into Zilean bomb range.
  • Never commit to a full trade unless Miss Fortune has used her passive on a minion recently and Zilean has no bombs available, as those are the only conditions where your sustained damage can win an exchange.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Push the wave consistently to deny Miss Fortune her double-up bounces off the cannon minion, as her passive and Q combo on a cannon minion deals massive poke damage to you.
  • Once you have enough Q stacks to clear quickly, look to shove and back safely rather than fighting, because your power spike is item-dependent and fighting early is a losing proposition.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not use your E aggressively to chase or extend trades — it is your only mobility tool and burning it offensively against a Zilean who can double-bomb you mid-dash will get you killed with no escape option remaining.
