LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Miss Fortune + Zilean win the 2v2 because their level 2 all-in with double Q bombs and Miss Fortune's passive burst is extremely punishing, and your W shield and Q slow are not enough to survive that burst window without burning summoners.
- Post-6, you gain meaningful parity because your R cleanses Zilean's R stasis and Miss Fortune's R channel, turning their win condition into a wasted ultimate.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to use Q to slow Miss Fortune and prevent her from stacking her passive, then immediately W your Smolder to shield him and boost his range so he can safely poke without walking into Zilean bomb range.
- Never trade when Zilean has double bombs ready, as the stun into Miss Fortune passive burst will delete Smolder before your healing matters.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam pre-6 because Smolder is immobile and dies instantly to Miss Fortune's all-in without your peel, and your roam threat is low given your kit is entirely reactive and short-ranged.
- Post-6 you can consider a roam only if the wave is frozen under your tower and Smolder can safely farm, but even then your R is better saved for lane fights.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your R reactively to a single Zilean bomb stun — save it specifically for when Miss Fortune begins channeling her R or when Zilean uses his R on a dying ally, as those are the two moments your ultimate provides irreplaceable value and using it early wastes the only tool that flips the post-6 dynamic.
