Pre-6, you lose this lane if Jhin lands his W into a Lux combo, as you have no mobility to escape and your Q stacks mean nothing if you are dead or forced out.
Post-6, the lane remains dangerous for you because Lux R into Jhin R is a long-range kill threat you cannot outrun, but Karma's R-W sustain and your growing Q damage let you survive and scale if you play defensively.

Your best trading pattern is to use Karma's E shield proactively before walking into Lux's E range, then use your Q to poke Jhin from max range while Karma's shield absorbs the retaliation.
Never extend for a trade without Karma's E available, as one Lux E-Q into Jhin W is enough to chunk you to half health or worse.

You want to play for a slow push or freeze near your side of the lane, which keeps you safe from Lux's engage range and lets you stack Q on the wave without overextending.
