Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Bard win most trades because Bard's Q root gives you free Q stacking hits and your range lets you poke Ezreal off his own Q attempts.
Post-6, you continue to win the 2v2 as long as Bard lands his Q, since your R provides both damage and healing that Ezreal and Leona cannot burst through in a short window.

Your best pattern is to let Bard initiate with Q root, then immediately stack your Q on the rooted target — do not auto-attack into Leona's W unless Bard has already burned his Q, as Leona's W will reflect damage and she will E onto you.
Maintain max range and use your E to reposition away from Leona's engage angle.

Prioritize stacking your Q on minions whenever the lane is safe, but do not sacrifice positioning to do so — a dead Smolder with 50 stacks is worse than a 30-stack Smolder who is healthy.
Push the wave when ahead to deny Ezreal comfortable Q poke range and force Leona to choose between engaging or losing CS.

Do not let Leona's R land on you when Bard is not nearby to follow up — if Bard is roaming and Leona hits R, Ezreal's burst will kill you before your own healing matters.
Track Bard's position constantly and play closer to tower when he leaves lane.
