LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you are not a lane-winning support — your E taunt is strong in a 2v2 if you can land it on both enemies, but Blitzcrank outranges you on the hook and you have no reliable engage to match his threat level.
- Post-6, your R fundamentally changes the dynamic: you can absorb a Blitzcrank hook on yourself with your W shield and taunt back, or R onto Miss Fortune mid-fight to save her from a hook-combo.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to use W to block Blitzcrank's hook attempt, then immediately dash with E to taunt Blitzcrank and allow Miss Fortune to freely auto and proc her W passive.
- If Blitzcrank burns his hook on your W shield, the 2v2 window is strongly in your favor for the next several seconds.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam when Miss Fortune has shoved the wave to tower and Blitzcrank is forced to stay bot — your R global presence means you can impact mid or top without physically walking there, making you one of the best roaming supports even without leaving lane.
- Prioritize R-teleporting to allies who are being caught out or diving, as this is where Shen's value far exceeds any lane pressure you could apply by staying.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E dash aggressively without your W ready — if Blitzcrank hooks you while your W is on cooldown, you become the primary target and Miss Fortune is left unprotected.
- Mistiming your W to block a non-existent hook while the real hook lands on Miss Fortune is a critical positioning error.
