Who Wins

Pre-6, you and MF win the sustained poke war because your Q poke, E slow, and MF's passive proc chip them down faster than Jinx can retaliate at range — but Blitzcrank's level 2 hook spike is genuinely dangerous and can kill you if you are caught out of position.
Post-6, you lose the all-in if Blitzcrank hooks either of you, but you win if you can land your R to interrupt their engage chain and follow with MF's R on the stunned targets.

Your best trading pattern is to use E to slow both enemies, enabling MF to Q bounce between them and proc her passive, then follow with your Q empowered by the E slow for extra damage.
Save your W shield for the moment Blitzcrank's Q is in the air toward you or MF — the shield does not block the hook but the movement speed boost can help MF sidestep it.

You should roam when the wave is pushed to their tower and Blitzcrank is recalled or dead, because your R provides massive teamfight value and your E can set up kills in mid lane.
Do not roam if Blitzcrank is alive in lane, as leaving MF alone against a hook threat is a free kill for the enemy.

Do not stack on top of MF during laning phase — Blitzcrank wants you both close together so one hook chains into a double kill, and your E slow does not help if you are both caught in the same hook-knockup-R sequence.
