Who Wins
- You win pre-6 through superior poke and sustain with W, as Thresh lacks reliable engage without Flash.
- Post-6 your R provides better teamfight setup than Thresh's kit, but his R can still turn isolated 2v2s if Caitlyn gets caught.
Synergy & Trading
- Use Q when Ezreal steps up for CS, then immediately W to sustain any return damage while giving Caitlyn movement speed for repositioning.
