Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Shen win the 2v2 because Shen's W negates Leona's E-Q burst and your passive stacks on their CC, turning their engage into free damage for you.
Post-6, you win decisively if you can stack your passive to S rank before using your R — Leona's ult is dangerous but Shen's W and your own mobility let you survive the setup and execute with R.

Your best pattern is to let Leona engage onto you, use Shen's W to absorb the burst, stack your passive through their CC and your own abilities, then R when you reach S rank — do not R early before stacks are built or you waste your kill window.
Use your Q to poke Ezreal from range between Leona's engage attempts to keep him low and reduce his ability to follow up on Leona's CC.

Play around a slow push or freeze near your side to deny Ezreal safe Q poke range and force Leona to either engage at a disadvantage or stand passively.
When the wave is frozen, Leona has no safe angle to E without overextending, which gives you free poke trades and passive stacking opportunities.

Do not dash aggressively onto Ezreal when Leona has her E available and is in range — you will get stunned mid-dash and Leona's full CC chain will land before Shen's W can protect you.
Avoid using your R when Leona's R has already landed and you are stunned, as the knockup will interrupt your R channel and waste your primary kill tool.
