Who Wins
- Pre-6 you win most trades if you can get in range, using W to block Aphelios poke and E to gap close through minions.
- Post-6 you have kill pressure advantage with R, but must respect Sona's R interrupt and Aphelios' burst potential with proper weapon combinations.
Synergy & Trading
- Wait for Pyke to land Q, then immediately W-E onto the hooked target for maximum damage while blocking return fire.
- Use Q to farm and poke when abilities are down, but save E for all-ins or dodging Sona's R.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Look for aggressive shoves when you have kill pressure to deny CS and create dive opportunities with Pyke.
- Freeze when ahead to zone enemies from farm, as your threat range with E makes farming extremely dangerous for them.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste W on minor poke when Aphelios has high-damage weapons like Infernum or Crescendum, as you'll need it for his R or all-in combos.
