LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Jhin win this lane — your E hook into Jhin's W creates a CC chain that Jinx cannot escape, and Nautilus's Q is slow enough that you can E away from it after hooking.
- Post-6, your R gives you a reset-based kill threat that Nautilus's R cannot match in terms of gold generation, but be aware that Nautilus's R is undodgeable and will interrupt your R channel if he lands it first.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to hook Jinx — not Nautilus — since Nautilus's passive shield and high HP make him a poor kill target, while Jinx dies to your Q + Jhin's W + 4th shot combo in one rotation.
- After hooking Jinx, use your E to reposition behind her so Nautilus's Q cannot reach you, forcing him to choose between peeling and engaging.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Yes, roam aggressively after level 6 — your R resets on kills and Jhin can hold the lane safely with his wave clear and W poke.
- Optimal roam timing is immediately after a successful kill or flash burn on Jinx/Nautilus, since the enemy bot lane is weakened and cannot contest your roam for 20–30 seconds.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E hook as an escape tool when Nautilus has Q available — if you E toward Nautilus to reposition, you walk directly into his Q range and he will chain CC you before you can W heal.
- Save your E for offensive hooks or lateral repositioning away from Nautilus's Q trajectory.
