Who Wins

Pre-6, this lane is roughly even to slightly in your favor: your E root and W shield give you engage tools, but Milio's E shield and W heal absorb a lot of your burst, and Ashe's slows make it hard to land your Q on her without eating poke.
Post-6, you win the 2v2 decisively — your R into Q chain is a near-guaranteed kill setup that Milio's R can only counter if he reacts instantly, and Ashe's R is a single-target stun that doesn't save her from your full lockdown combo.

Engage with Q onto Ashe (not Milio), immediately follow with E to root her in place, then let Jinx stack her W slow and unload damage — Milio will try to heal and shield Ashe, so your job is to keep Ashe locked down long enough that his heals don't matter.
Never engage onto Milio first; he has no kill pressure and you waste your cooldowns on the wrong target.

Push the wave with Jinx to force Ashe to farm under pressure, which limits her ability to stack Q passively and reduces her poke efficiency — a shoved wave also sets up your dive potential once you hit 6.
Avoid letting the wave freeze under their tower, as Milio can safely sustain Ashe through poke while you're stuck in a bad position.

Do not use your Q as a pure poke tool at max range — missing it in this matchup gives Ashe a free window to walk up and stack her Q while Milio heals her, and you have no follow-up engage for several seconds.
Save your Q for a committed all-in where Jinx is ready to follow.
