Pre-6, Lucian + Nami wins most 2v2 exchanges because Nami's E empowers Lucian's passive double-shots and her W sustain offsets your poke; your level 2 all-in with Q + E is a real threat but Nami's W heal and Lucian's dash make it risky unless you land Q cleanly.
Post-6, your R + Q combo gives you a reliable kill setup that Lucian's dash cannot fully escape, and Jhin's R follow-up makes this a strong kill lane.

Your job is to land Q from max range to close the gap, immediately E to root, then auto to stack your passive shield-break; Jhin then lands W or autos into the rooted target for burst.
Never engage without Q hitting first — a missed Q in this matchup means you eat Lucian's full passive-empowered trade with Nami E buff and likely lose the exchange.

Push the wave with Jhin to force Lucian and Nami under tower, which limits Nami's ability to safely poke and reduces Lucian's all-in range advantage; a pushed wave also gives you reset windows to look for Q angles from brush.
Avoid freezing — a frozen wave near their tower lets Lucian freely poke Jhin who has no mobility to escape.

Do not walk up to trade without your Q available — Lucian + Nami punish cooldown windows hard with Nami E + Lucian passive burst.
Also avoid using your E reactively to peel; save it as part of your engage chain, not as a panic button.
