Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Nami win the 2v2 clearly; Nami's E on you doubles your passive proc damage, your dash lets you dodge Nautilus Q if you respect its animation, and Nami's W sustain keeps you healthy through Jhin's W poke.
Post-6, the lane becomes more dangerous because Nautilus R + Q is a full lockdown chain that your dash cannot escape once R lands, and Jhin's R will follow up on a rooted you.

Your best pattern is to bait Nautilus into walking up, have Nami E you, then proc your passive with a spell + auto combo and dash out before Nautilus can Q; repeat this to chunk them down.
Avoid extended fights — your strength is short burst trades, not sustained DPS against Jhin's fourth-shot spikes.

Maintain a slight freeze or slow push near your side of the lane to deny Nautilus easy Q angles from brush; a wave near your tower gives you a safe dash direction and limits Nautilus's engage paths.
Do not shove blindly — a pushed wave under their tower gives Nautilus free brush access and makes his Q much harder to dodge.

Never dash toward Nautilus to extend a trade — your dash is your escape from his Q, and using it aggressively removes your only out.
Also do not rely on Nami's W to bail you out of a full Nautilus engage; respect his level 6 all-in and back off when he hits R.
