Pre-6, you win the support matchup against Pyke and the 2v2 favors your side: your passive applies a root on every basic attack, which stacks with your Q hook to give Jhin a guaranteed W placement.
Post-6, Pyke's R gives him an execution tool, but your R hard-counters his R timing if you use it the moment he channels, interrupting the kill.

Your best trading pattern is to Q hook Kai'Sa, immediately auto-attack her to proc your passive root, then use your E to slow and your W to deal sustained damage while Jhin lands his W and fourth shot.
Do not hook Pyke unless he is the only target available — Kai'Sa is the primary kill target because she has no hard escape before she completes her first item.

You should not roam in this matchup because Pyke is the roaming threat and leaving Jhin alone against Kai'Sa + Pyke is a death sentence.
Stay bot, maintain vision control in the river to deny Pyke's flank angles, and use your hook to punish any overextension rather than looking for cross-map plays.

Do not use your R reactively to peel for Jhin when Pyke hooks him — save your R to interrupt Pyke's R execution channel or to knock up Kai'Sa when she uses her R to reposition onto Jhin.
Burning your R on a non-lethal situation removes your only tool to stop Pyke's guaranteed kill mechanic.
