Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2 if you land your Q onto Xayah or Milio, as your hook-into-E-auto chain deals significant burst that Milio's healing cannot fully offset at early levels; post-6, your R onto Xayah is a near-guaranteed kill setup since her R only cleanses CC after the fact and Milio's E can cleanse one CC instance but cannot save her from your full combo with Ezreal following up.

Hook Milio first when possible — he is the sustain engine of their lane, and removing him from the fight with your Q-E-auto chain forces Xayah into a 1v2 where Ezreal's poke becomes lethal; if Milio is out of hook range, hook Xayah and immediately body-block her escape path to let Ezreal stack damage.

You want the wave pushed into their tower early so you can look for aggressive angles in the river brush; a pushed wave means Xayah cannot freely walk up to stack feathers, and it gives you vision control to threaten roams or deep hooks without being caught in the open.

Do not use your Q as a pure poke tool from max range when Milio has his E available — a missed or easily-cleansed hook on a low-priority target wastes your primary engage tool and leaves you vulnerable to Xayah's feather setup punishing your cooldown window.
