LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, your W is the primary threat in this lane because it is a point-and-click root that Morgana cannot Black Shield preemptively unless she reads it perfectly, and landing W onto Ashe while Yunara pokes creates real kill pressure.
- Post-6, Yunara's R transforms your combo into a genuine kill pattern — W root into Yunara's laser W slow is nearly inescapable for Ashe — but Morgana's Black Shield on Ashe will block your W root, so you must bait the shield first or target Morgana instead.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to walk up aggressively to bait Morgana's Black Shield onto Ashe, then back off and wait for the shield to expire before throwing W — a Morgana without Black Shield available is a free kill setup for Yunara during R.
- If Black Shield is on cooldown, immediately W Ashe and have Yunara activate R to maximize the laser W slow into your root for a kill.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam when Yunara has R available and the wave is pushed — Yunara can hold the lane with her Q active and W poke, and your roam mid with R available is a strong kill threat.
- Avoid roaming when the wave is crashing toward your tower, as Ashe's wave clear will deny Yunara CS and the roam trade will not be worth it.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use W as your first ability in an all-in without confirming Black Shield is down — wasting your root into a Black Shield means Yunara's R window is partially wasted and you have no follow-up CC for 13+ seconds.
- Maokai players in this matchup frequently forget that Morgana's Q outranges your W, so walking forward to W range without a minion wave to path through is how you eat a root and lose the trade.
