Pre-6 you and Pyke win this lane — your level 2 spike with Pyke's hook into your passive double-shot is one of the strongest all-ins in the game, and Yunara has no escape pre-R while Lulu's peel takes time to activate.
Post-6 the matchup flips: Yunara's R makes her nearly unkillable in extended fights, Lulu's R makes her unkillable during burst windows, and your damage falls off relative to their combined sustain and peel.

Your best trading pattern is to bait Lulu's Q or W by walking up briefly, then dash sideways to dodge it, and immediately call for Pyke's hook on the now-unprotected Yunara — once Yunara is hooked, your passive double-shot into the follow-up E dash deals massive burst before Lulu can react.
Avoid extended trades where Yunara's Q stacks accumulate; your advantage is in short, decisive burst windows.

Push hard early to create opportunities for Pyke to roam — your wave clear is strong and a fed Pyke mid snowballs the game faster than winning lane alone.
After level 6, be cautious about hard shoving into Yunara's R window because she can 1v1 you under tower if Lulu is nearby.

Do not dash toward Yunara when she has her R active and Q stacks building — her splash damage will shred you in melee range and Lulu's R will make her impossible to kill before she kills you.
Respect the R timer and play for poke or objective control rather than forcing a 2v2 you cannot win.
