Who Wins

Pre-6, your level 2 spike is genuinely game-defining here — if you hit level 2 first and immediately E onto Xayah or Morgana before Morgana can E herself, you force a flash or secure first blood with Caitlyn's follow-up.
Post-6, your R gives you a second hard CC tool that Morgana cannot block with E since it is a ground-targeted AoE, making the 2v2 heavily in your favor as long as you land R before Morgana's E is applied.

Your optimal pattern is to wait for Morgana to use E defensively or for it to be on cooldown, then immediately E in and R to lock both targets — Caitlyn's headshot and trap setup does the rest.
If Morgana's E is up, bait it with a fake engage, then commit once the shield expires.

You should not roam in this matchup — your entire value is enabling Caitlyn's trap-headshot combo and keeping Morgana's W from being a free engage tool.
Leaving lane gives Morgana free W attempts on Caitlyn who cannot disengage as safely without you, and Xayah's feather stacks become much more dangerous without your peel threat.

Do not engage when Morgana's E is clearly available and she is standing close enough to apply it instantly — you will eat the full CC chain, Xayah will root you with E, and you become the one who dies.
Patience on your engage timing is the single most important skill in this matchup.
