Who Wins

  • Pre-6, Caitlyn's range advantage and Nami's E-empowered autos make the 2v2 heavily favor them — you cannot reliably all-in or trade extended without eating significant poke damage and Nami's healing negating your output.
  • Post-6, your R gives you dive potential and Zyra's R creates a window to all-in, but Caitlyn's R and Nami's R can still disengage or kill you if you mistime the engage.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best trading pattern is to wait for Zyra to land a root with E or W+E combo, then dash in with your E to stack passive quickly and burst with Q — do not engage without Zyra's CC landing first, as Caitlyn will kite you freely and Nami will sustain her.
  • Short trades heavily favor Caitlyn, so commit only when you have a guaranteed CC chain.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Push the wave consistently to deny Caitlyn her trap-under-tower setup and force her to CS under pressure — a slow wave gives Caitlyn free trap placement and poke opportunities that compound over time.
  • Use your Q to clear efficiently and look to shove then reset rather than sitting in a poke war.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not try to all-in through Nami's W sustain without burning it first — if Nami has W available, your burst window is significantly smaller and you will likely lose the trade.
  • Avoid walking up to farm in a pattern Caitlyn can predict with traps, as a trapped auto-headshot combo from her is a massive chunk of your HP.
