Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 if Miss Fortune and Thresh play aggressively at level 2 with E slow into Q double-hit — your early damage output is low before Q stacks and W upgrade.
  • Post-6, the matchup becomes more even because your E gives you repositioning to dodge Miss Fortune's R, but you must respect that a Thresh hook into Miss Fortune R still kills you instantly if you are caught.

Synergy & Trading

  • Stack Q passively on the wave to rush your first item spike, and use W to poke Miss Fortune from outside her Q range — your W outranges her Q and forces her to either take poke or push aggressively and expose herself to Nautilus engage.
  • Avoid extended all-ins until you have Q upgrade, as your sustained damage is weak before that power spike.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Play for a slow push or freeze near your tower when possible — a frozen wave denies Miss Fortune's Q poke angle and forces Thresh to overextend for hooks, which opens him to Nautilus counter-engage.
  • Do not shove blindly because a pushed wave gives Thresh free hook angles and Miss Fortune free R positioning.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Never group with Nautilus in a tight space when Miss Fortune has R available — her R will hit both of you and Nautilus cannot dodge it.
  • Do not use E aggressively into Thresh's Q range, as a hook into Miss Fortune R is an instant death and your E has a cast animation that Thresh can react to.
