Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — Miss Fortune's Q poke through minions and Karma's E-into-Q combo outdamage your early game, and your lack of mobility makes you vulnerable to Karma's root into Miss Fortune's double-up.
  • Post-6, the lane becomes more even if you can avoid Miss Fortune's R with your superior range on Q minigun or rockets, but Karma's RE root into Miss Fortune's R is still a one-shot threat you must respect.

Synergy & Trading

  • Stay at maximum range with your Q rockets to poke Miss Fortune, who has shorter range than you in rocket form, and use your W slow to disengage if Karma tries to root you for a Miss Fortune R setup.
  • Only commit to extended trades if Sylas has already engaged and Karma's E is on cooldown, as fighting into a shielded Miss Fortune with Karma's peel active is a losing trade.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Let Sylas shove or engage first and react to his lead rather than pushing yourself, since your Q rockets give you wave clear but also push the wave into their hands where Karma can zone you.
  • If the wave is frozen near your tower, use your E traps in the brush to deny Karma from walking up to poke you for free.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Never stand in a position where Miss Fortune's Q can bounce from a minion onto you — she will consistently chunk you for 30–40% of your HP in one button press.
  • Also, do not use your R to try to win a fight where Karma's E is still up, as the shield will absorb a significant portion of your R damage and you will be out of position during the channel.
