Pre-6, this lane is roughly even to slightly unfavorable for you: Leona's level 2 all-in with E+Q is a genuine kill threat, and your immobility makes you a prime target.
Post-6, your R gives you a meaningful threat window when Zilean's W resets your R cast, but Tristana's E can interrupt your channel and Leona's CC chain can lock you down before you fire all four shots.

Your best trading pattern is to land a W root on Leona or Tristana to trigger Zilean's Q slow, then follow with your Q bounce for passive stacks, and finish with an auto to proc Deadly Flourish for the mark.
Avoid extended trades where Leona can walk onto you; your damage is front-loaded and you have no escape if Zilean's W is on cooldown.

Push the wave consistently to deny Tristana passive stacks from last-hitting under tower, since she scales hard off gold and her E reset mechanic becomes increasingly dangerous as the game goes on.
Use your Q to clear the wave efficiently while poking, but don't over-extend past the wave without vision because Leona will look to engage the moment you're isolated.

Do not stand still to land your fourth auto or R shots when Leona has her E or R available — the temptation to complete your passive or finish a kill will get you killed.
Leona's CC duration is long enough that Tristana can close the gap and burst you before Zilean can react with W.
