Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2 on paper due to superior range and Lux's poke, but Leona's level 2 all-in (E+Q) can instantly flip the lane if you're caught out of position — respect that spike hard.
Post-6, you have kill threat with R, but Leona's R into Sivir's R (spell shield + damage) makes all-ins risky unless Leona's R is burned first.

Your best trading pattern is to poke with Q from max range while Lux harasses with E or Q, then punish any Leona engage attempt with headshot procs and E trap placement to deny her escape or follow-up.
Never commit to a full trade unless Leona's E is on cooldown, as her lockdown completely negates your kiting advantage.

You want to push the wave consistently using Q to poke and clear simultaneously, denying Sivir the ability to safely use her Q to farm — Sivir's wave clear is strong but she needs to be in range to use it.
Shoving also forces Leona to stay near tower, reducing her roam threat and keeping her from finding angles to engage.

Do not stand in positions where Leona can E onto a minion or Sivir to reach you — her engage range is deceptively long through minions.
Overextending for poke when Leona has her E up is the primary way this lane gets turned around despite your range advantage.
