Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you and Jinx lose the sustained poke war because Caitlyn and Seraphine outrange you and can freely harass without entering your E+Q combo range; however, your level 2 all-in with E+Q stun is a genuine kill window if Seraphine or Caitlyn overextend, making level 2 your most meaningful early spike.

Synergy & Trading

  • Walk up only when Seraphine has used her E, then immediately throw your E to catch one or both enemies, follow with Q stun, and let Jinx auto-attack the stunned target while you apply W for the passive explosion; never initiate with Q first since it is easy to dodge without a prior slow or stun.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should not roam early because Jinx is highly vulnerable to Caitlyn's poke without your CC presence, and leaving lane gives Caitlyn a free shove to tower-dive or deny Jinx farm entirely; only roam post-6 if Jinx has enough HP to survive alone and the wave is pushed in, as your R has strong skirmish value in the river.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not waste your E on minions to stack passive for poke damage, as it puts your primary CC tool on cooldown and leaves Jinx completely exposed to Caitlyn's aggression; your E is your only reliable way to create a kill window, so treat it as a combat ability, not a farming or poke tool.
