LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the poke war entirely because Ziggs outranges you and can zone you off the wave with Q and W; your only winning condition pre-6 is landing a hook on Leona or Ziggs when they overextend, which Ziggs specifically will avoid by playing behind minions.
- Post-6, your R silence into Q hook is a strong all-in setup, but Leona's R can match your engage and Ziggs's R can disengage your dive, so your post-6 power is conditional on landing the hook first.
Synergy & Trading
- Your pattern is to use minion clutter to obscure your Q angle, then hook Ziggs (not Leona, who wants to be engaged on) and immediately use E knockup into Sylas's follow-up — Ziggs dies to this combo if he is below 70% health.
- Do not hook Leona; she will turn the hook into a free engage for herself and Ziggs.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam aggressively after level 6 when Ziggs pushes the wave to tower, as Ziggs alone cannot 1v2 and Leona is immobile enough that she cannot follow your roam quickly.
- Optimal roam timing is when the wave is crashing into your tower (Ziggs slow-pushes), giving you 10–15 seconds to reach mid and return before the next wave arrives — coordinate with Sylas to follow your roam.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not hook into Leona's E range thinking you can win the 2v2 — she will E onto you, Q stun you, and Ziggs will follow up while you are locked down with no abilities available.
- Avoid standing in the open at medium range; Ziggs will poke you to low health and make your hook attempts irrelevant because Sylas cannot follow up on a low-health Blitzcrank engage.
