LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you win this lane at level 2 if you land your W-Q combo onto Miss Fortune before Pyke can hook you, because Miss Fortune has no mobility and Jhin's W root chains perfectly into your all-in.
- Post-6, the lane remains in your favor but Pyke's R execute means you must not let either of your carries drop below 40% health carelessly, as Pyke can hook-stun-execute faster than you can peel.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to W onto Miss Fortune when she steps forward to Q-bounce, immediately Q to knock her up, and let Jhin land his W root and fourth shot on her during the knockup duration.
- Do not engage when Pyke is in hook range of you — always force Pyke to use his hook defensively or waste it before you commit.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam to mid only if Jhin has a clear wave advantage and Pyke has already burned his hook in lane; your roam threat is lower than Pyke's because your engage requires proximity, but a successful mid roam at level 6 with Jhin's R follow-up is a kill.
- Generally, staying in lane and applying constant pressure is more valuable than roaming because Jhin needs your peel and setup more than he needs map pressure.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your W to engage onto Pyke — he will E through you mid-air and the stun will land on Jhin instead, completely reversing the trade.
- Avoid using your R to peel for Jhin when Miss Fortune is channeling her R at a distance; prioritize walking into her R to interrupt the channel over protecting Jhin from a Pyke hook, as the R interrupt is the higher-value play.
