LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Ashe win this lane — your E root into Ashe's W slow creates a lockdown chain that Vayne cannot tumble out of and Senna cannot heal through fast enough.
- Post-6, Senna's R can turn a losing fight globally and Vayne's R makes her a burst threat, so you should look to end the lane phase advantage before level 6 rather than playing for a long game.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to place seeds before engaging, then E through minions to root Vayne or Senna, immediately triggering plants for burst while Ashe W slows them in place.
- Never use E without seeds pre-placed, as the root without plant damage is not enough pressure to force a meaningful trade.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should roam when the wave is pushed to their tower and Ashe can safely freeze or maintain — your R is one of the highest-impact roam tools in the game and a mid roam at level 6 with R can win the game.
- Optimal roam timing is immediately after a successful kill or flash burn in lane, or when mid laner is shoved in and vulnerable to your R+E combo.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not place plants in predictable locations where Vayne can simply avoid them — Vayne's mobility means she will walk around static plants if you telegraph their placement.
- Vary your seed placement and use E to force enemies into plant zones rather than hoping they walk into them passively.
