Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — Ashe's slows negate your mobility, Zyra's roots negate your tumble repositioning, and their combined poke range exceeds yours before you can stack W.
Post-6, your R makes you a serious threat in short burst windows, but only if Senna can land a root or slow first to let you stack W safely.

Your best trade pattern is to wait for Senna to Q and root or slow an enemy, then E them into terrain to proc W stacks — never initiate yourself into Zyra's plant zone.
Short burst trades where you proc W and immediately disengage are your only winning pattern; do not chase into Ashe's W slow.

Let Senna control the wave with Q poke and push toward their tower when possible, as a pushed wave reduces the time you spend in Zyra's plant-zone danger.
Avoid letting the wave sit in the middle of the lane where Zyra can freely harass you while you try to last-hit.

Do not E into Ashe+Zyra without a guaranteed W proc ready — using E offensively without the knockback into terrain is wasting your only escape tool and putting you in kill range.
Ashe's slow combined with Zyra's root will delete you if you are caught without E available.
