LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Aurora's Q poke and W repositioning make her slippery and dangerous at range, but you win short trades at level 3 once you have W+E+Q combo to burst her before she can reposition; post-6, your R all-in is strong but Aurora's R can flip the engage entirely if she uses it reactively to escape or reposition behind you, making the kill not guaranteed.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to use W shadow to close distance, immediately E+Q to maximize burst before she can W away, then return to your shadow to reset — do not extend the trade after the initial burst window because her sustained damage and W mobility will punish you.
Wave Control
- Push the wave efficiently with Q to maintain lane priority, which lets you roam and deny Aurora the ability to freely shove and scale; if you fall behind in wave control, Aurora can poke you under tower and deny you the melee range needed to trade.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use R to engage if Aurora still has her W available, as she can use it mid-R animation to reposition and turn your all-in into a losing trade — wait for her W to be on cooldown before committing to the kill.
