Who Wins

  • Pre-6 you lose sustained trades but can win short W-E-Q poke exchanges if you avoid Swain's E pull.
  • Post-6 you have kill pressure on both enemies with R, but Swain's R and Tristana's W-R make successful assassinations difficult without perfect positioning.

Synergy & Trading

  • Use W-E-Q to poke when enemies are slowed by Ashe's W, maximizing your Q damage on multiple targets.
  • When going for all-ins, wait for Ashe to land W slow or R stun, then immediately R the priority target before they can use escape abilities.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Freeze the wave near your tower pre-6 to set up ganks, then look for roams after shoving post-6.
  • Time your roams when Swain uses abilities on minions or when Tristana is low on mana from using E on waves.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Don't use W aggressively when Swain has E available, as getting pulled will result in massive damage from his Q-W combo.
  • Avoid using R on Tristana when she has W available unless she's already used it, as her instant escape will waste your ultimate.
