Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 support duel: Lulu has far more independent peel, her Q poke is reliable, and your healing is weaker early while attached.
Post-6, your R gives you a game-changing teamfight tool, but in a 2v2 lane context Lulu's W polymorph on Tristana during your R channel can completely negate it, so the post-6 advantage is conditional.

Stay attached to Tristana during trades to keep her alive through Lulu's burst of E shield plus W polymorph, using your W heal reactively when Lulu's W is on cooldown rather than proactively.
Your Q poke is best used when Twitch is visible and Lulu is not in a position to immediately shield him, to force Lulu to spend resources.

You should not roam: your entire value is attached to Tristana, and leaving her alone against Twitch plus Lulu is a death sentence since Lulu can peel and Twitch can Q for a free kill.
The only exception is if Tristana has recalled and the wave is frozen under your tower, where a brief river vision check is acceptable.

Do not detach from Tristana to try to dodge Lulu's Q with movement, as being unattached makes you an easy target for Twitch's poison stacks and Lulu's follow-up.
Your survivability in this lane is entirely dependent on staying mounted and using your passive shield timing correctly.
