Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2: Twitch's Q invisibility lets him reposition freely, Lulu's E and W heavily disrupt your engage windows, and your E reset pattern requires stacking that Lulu can peel before it pays off.
Post-6, you gain meaningful kill pressure with R knockback to disengage Yuumi and create isolated 1v1 windows, but Twitch's R outranges you significantly in extended fights, so the 2v2 remains contested rather than clearly yours.

Your best trading pattern is to use W to jump onto Twitch when he is visible and not in Q invisibility, stack E charges through short auto trades, then R him away from Lulu to deny her peel before going for the kill.
Avoid extended poke wars because Lulu's Q slow and W polymorph will interrupt your E stack buildup and Yuumi's healing cannot keep up with sustained chip damage the way Lulu's shielding can.

Push the wave aggressively using your passive attack speed and Q to maintain level parity and deny Twitch his preferred slow-push setup, since Twitch wants a large wave to hide in and ambush with Q.
Crashing waves also forces Lulu to choose between roaming and protecting Twitch, reducing their coordination.

Do not use W aggressively when Twitch is in Q invisibility, as you will land in a bad position with no target and Lulu free to W polymorph you immediately.
Committing your gap-closer blind is the single biggest mechanical mistake in this matchup and will cost you trades or your life.
