Who Wins
- You dominate pre-6 with your Q knockup combo and superior base damages, winning most trades if you land W slow into full combo.
- Post-6 you lose extended all-ins once Jax gets R resistances and items, but can still win if you get an early lead or catch him without E available.
How to Trade
- Lead with W slow, then E to gap close and immediately auto-Q-auto for the knockup combo before he can activate E.
- If he uses E defensively, back off immediately since trading into his dodge and stun will lose you the exchange.
Wave Control
- Push aggressively early to deny him CS and build a health advantage, using your superior wave clear with Q and passive.
- Maintain pressure until level 6, then transition to shorter trades and roam opportunities since extended fights become unfavorable.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't commit to all-ins post-6 when Jax has R available, as his resistances and sustained damage will outduel you in extended fights.
- Avoid using E to engage when his E is available, since he can easily turn the trade with his stun and dodge your burst damage.
