- You lose pre-6 to Illaoi's superior range and sustain, but can win short trades if you dodge her E.
- Post-6 you can still win all-ins by avoiding her tentacle zones and using your R to knock her away from her setup, but extended fights in her ultimate heavily favor her.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is using your dash to engage after she wastes E, then landing your full combo and immediately disengaging before tentacles can respond.
- Never extend trades in areas with multiple tentacles, as her W will proc all of them for massive damage.
