Who Wins
- You dominate pre-6 with superior range and poke damage, but post-6 Vladimir gains significant kill threat if he gets on top of you with his combo.
- Your early game advantage is substantial, but you must respect his all-in potential after level 6.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern is to poke with Q whenever Vladimir goes for CS, and use E-Q combos when he's locked in animation.
- Always maintain maximum range and use your passive to sustain mana while harassing consistently.
Wave Control
- You want to maintain a slow push or neutral wave state to keep Vladimir in poke range while avoiding overextension.
- Push only when you have vision or when Vladimir recalls, as freezing gives him too much safety to scale.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste your E stun on minions or use it carelessly as it's your only self-peel against Vladimir's all-ins.
- Avoid face-checking bushes or overextending without vision, as Vladimir's pool makes him excellent at setting up ganks.
