At level 3, you have a slight edge in a sustained fight because your passive armor stacks reduce Naafiri's repeated packmate hits, and your E knockup interrupts her repositioning — however, her burst window is fast, so you must not let her land a full Q bleed into packmate combo without trading back immediately with E into auto-attacks.
From level 6, you win cleanly if you use W to bait her R or her full combo, then re-engage with your own R for the knockup into a full trade while her cooldowns are spent.

Naafiri typically runs a two-camp clear into Scuttle path, often starting Red Buff into Krugs or Blue into Gromp depending on side, and she will look to contest Scuttle at level 3 aggressively because her early damage is front-loaded.
She may also look for early invades if she identifies your position, so ward your second buff and play with awareness of her packmates as visual indicators of her location.

You should not invade Naafiri early unless you have vision of her and know her packmates are depleted — her packmates act as additional bodies that can interrupt your combo and her Q poke is dangerous in tight jungle spaces.
If you want to contest, do so at Scuttle around 3:15 where you have more room to use your E knockup and W to control the fight on your terms rather than in a narrow camp corridor.

Do not use your W purely as an escape tool without considering the cooldown — if you clone out of her initial engage but she has Q and packmates still active, she will simply wait out your clone duration and re-engage when you reappear with your defensive tool on cooldown.
Avoid extended fights where her packmates continuously chip your health while you wait for your passive armor to stack, as she can reset the trade pattern faster than you can recover.
