Who Wins
- You lose early trades levels 1-3 as Sylas has stronger base damage and can chain CC with E-W combo.
- At level 6, you win the all-in if you properly use your pool to dodge his ultimate and have stacked Crimson Rush.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading pattern is to proc Crimson Rush Q on Sylas when he uses abilities on minions, then immediately back off before he can retaliate.
- Never extended trade without your empowered Q ready, as his sustained damage will outdamage your basic abilities.
Wave Control
- Push waves early to prevent Sylas from roaming, but be careful not to overextend without vision since you're vulnerable to ganks pre-6.
- After level 6, you can afford to play more aggressively and look for short trades while maintaining wave control.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never use your pool defensively unless it's to avoid lethal damage or his stolen ultimate.
- Wasting pool early gives Sylas a massive window to all-in you with his full combo and healing.
