LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Ezreal outranges your Q and E with his Q, and his E lets him dodge your W entirely, making it nearly impossible to land your stun — you lose most extended trades at levels 1-3 because you can't reliably stack W on a mobile target.
- Post-6, your R provides persistent zone control that Ezreal struggles to ignore, but he can still E out of it, so you only win if you've augmented E and can force him into a position where he can't safely blink away.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to place W in a chokepoint or under the wave to threaten the stun, then use Q for the shield and Discharge proc before firing E — this forces Ezreal to either take the full combo or burn his E.
- Never throw E first as your opener since Ezreal will simply sidestep or E away before the aftershock detonates, wasting your primary damage tool.
Wave Control
- You want to shove the wave consistently to deny Ezreal the safe farming range he prefers, as he struggles to last-hit under tower pressure and loses Hex Fragment opportunities when he's forced back.
- Prioritize farming for Hex Fragments over aggressive plays — augmenting E is your most important power spike in this lane, and falling behind on fragments while chasing a slippery Ezreal is a losing trade.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not throw W reactively after Ezreal has already used his E, because he will simply wait out the cooldown and re-engage on his terms with full mobility — W is only valuable when his E is on cooldown.
- Avoid standing in predictable positions that let Ezreal land free Q poke, as his sustained poke will drain you before you can ever set up a meaningful W stun.
