LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Lissandra wins most trades because her W and E let her close distance and apply consistent damage before you can land your E cage; your Q poke is meaningful but she can simply walk through your E if she times it correctly, and her base stats and mobility outclass yours in short trades.
- Post-6, the matchup becomes more even if you can land your E first to set up R, but Lissandra's R is a hard counter to your R since she can use it on herself to become untargetable and negate your burst window entirely.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is to use E preemptively to zone her away from you rather than as a reactive cage, then follow with Q and W from max range while she is rooted; never commit to a full trade without E landing first, as without the cage she will simply run you down with W and E gap-closers.
- Avoid extended trades entirely — your goal is to poke with Q for stacks and damage, then disengage before she can chain her full combo onto you.
Wave Control
- Push the wave consistently with Q to stack passive and maintain priority, which denies Lissandra free roam to impact the map since she is a strong roamer post-6; a shoved wave also forces her to farm under tower, reducing her ability to engage on you safely.
- Do not freeze or let the wave sit in the middle of the lane, as that gives her the space to walk up and trade on her terms where she has the advantage.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your E reactively after she has already gapped you with W — by the time you cast it she is already inside your cage radius and trading favorably.
- Also, never use your R offensively on Lissandra without confirming she has already used her own R, because she will simply R herself to negate your entire damage window and you will have wasted your kill condition.
