Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Poppy win the 2v2 — Poppy's E pins Ezreal and removes his escape, and your E cage traps both enemies for free Q and W damage, while Ezreal's poke is manageable with Poppy's passive shield.
Post-6, you win even harder: your R one-shots Ezreal if he's been poked down, and Karthus has no mobility to escape your cage.

Your best trading pattern is to wait for Poppy to land her E on Ezreal, immediately place your E cage on him, then land W and Q freely — this combo removes Ezreal's mobility and guarantees full damage without him escaping.

Stack your Q on minions consistently but prioritize stacking on Ezreal and Karthus whenever they step up; denying Karthus passive stacks by killing him quickly in trades is important since his passive makes him deal damage even while dying.

Never place your E cage without Poppy's engage already landing first — a solo E cage is easy to walk out of for Ezreal, and wasting it means Poppy has no follow-up window and you both lose the trade.
