Who Wins
- You lose pre-6 heavily due to range disadvantage and inability to trade effectively against Lux's E-auto poke pattern.
- Post-6 you gain kill potential if you can dodge Q with R stealth, but you still need to respect her range and burst potential.
How to Trade
- Your only effective trading is when Lux wastes E on minions - immediately Q forward for auto-E-auto combo, then Q away before she can retaliate.
- Never try to trade when her abilities are available as you'll take more damage than you deal.
Wave Control
- You must give up CS early to avoid poke damage, focusing on last-hitting under tower and waiting for jungle assistance.
- Look for opportunities to freeze when Lux recalls, as extended laning phases favor your scaling.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to contest early waves or you'll be poked out of lane completely before level 6.
