Pre-6, you and Lulu win this lane because Lulu's poke and E shield let you farm safely and trade favorably whenever Braum overextends — Braum's engage requires him to walk up or land Q, both of which Lulu can punish or peel.
Post-6, you win the 2v2 decisively if Lulu uses R on you during an all-in, as the combination of your R invisibility, Lulu's knockup, and your W true damage outscales Ashe-Braum's burst window.

Your best pattern is to tumble sideways when Braum walks up to stack his passive, then use W stacks on Braum since he has lower mobility than Ashe — three W stacks on Braum with Lulu's E on you means you win most short trades.
Avoid fighting in tight corridors near walls where Braum's Q can pin you and your own E becomes a liability.

You want to play for a freeze near your tower when ahead, denying Ashe's W push and forcing Braum to overextend to engage — a frozen wave is extremely punishing for Braum since he must walk through minions to reach you.
If behind, let the wave push to your tower and farm safely under it, as Ashe-Braum have limited dive tools.

Do not E Ashe into a wall carelessly — Braum's passive stacks are already on her and a wall-pinned Ashe with Braum nearby means Braum can immediately Q onto you and stack his passive on you instead.
Also avoid using your R aggressively when Braum has his R available; his R can interrupt your R repositioning and set up a full Ashe-Braum combo.
