Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you and Ashe lose most extended trades because Lulu's E and W heavily disrupt your engage pattern and Vayne outranges Ashe while Lulu's poke is consistent.
  • Post-6, your R gives you a real engage tool, but Lulu's R on Vayne makes all-ins risky unless you land your Q on Vayne specifically and follow immediately before Lulu can react.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best pattern is to Q onto Vayne to apply your passive stacks, then have Ashe slow with her W so Vayne cannot tumble away — the passive stun is your primary damage amplifier and you must build stacks on Vayne, not Lulu.
  • Avoid trading into Lulu's W polymorph window; if she polymorphs you mid-engage, the trade collapses entirely.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You want a slow push into a freeze near your tower, denying Vayne the space to safely farm and poke — Vayne needs room to kite and a freeze punishes her hard.
  • Do not let the wave crash freely under their tower, as that gives Vayne safe farm and Lulu safe poke range.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not blindly walk up to poke with your passive when Lulu has W available — getting polymorphed in the open means you eat a full Vayne-Lulu trade with no defensive tools active.
  • Also avoid using your E reactively to block single autos; save it for Lulu's Q or a committed Vayne engage where the shield value is maximized.
